A Bit About Me
A respected executive leader with deep expertise in creating, building and running small business insurance entities, with a particular focus across distribution, marketing, underwriting, service operations, technology and digital.
After 25 years building the marquee digital business at Hiscox globally, and then 3 years as their overall US CEO, in 2024 I decided to start a new chapter in my career by joining Berkshire Hathaway. That chapter closed in 2026 after we successfully rehabilitated the underwriting at GUARD and got the growth engines restarted. My next opportunity is creating a brand new digital/AI-led insurance division for JPMorganChase serving our 7m+ small business customers - an incredibly exciting opportunity to build something amazing at one of America’s most respected financial powerhouses.
In addition to this core focus I’m also looking to contribute to other organisations and initiatives through active angel investing, non-executive director and advisory roles. Please contact me if you have an opportunity to discuss!
